Plissé electric kettle

Echoes coming from the world of architecture, design and fashion are grafted together in the details that give shape to the Plissé kettle, moulded by a pleating design that recalls a high-quality tailored suit. Plissé combines geometrical solids together: a cone for the body, a cylinder for the handle, a triangular prism for the spout. The whole effect is enlivened by the thick pleating wound like a fabric around the body, handle and knob of the kettle. A domestic micro-architecture that provides a meeting point between functional and aesthetic aspects. Made of thermoplastic resin in four colour variations, red, grey, white and opaque black, the kettle has been designed with a number of devices to facilitate its use and underline its versatility: a safety device halts the electrical power supply in the event of an insufficient quantity or in the absence of water; the bottom of the kettle, which is thermally insulated, enables the Plissé to be put down on any surface after boiling...

Made of thermoplastic resin in four colour variations, red, grey, white and opaque black, the kettle has been designed with a number of devices to facilitate its use and underline its versatility: a safety device halts the electrical power supply in the event of an insufficient quantity or in the absence of water; the bottom of the kettle, which is thermally insulated, enables the Plissé to be put down on any surface after boiling without risk.
The following underline its practicality in use: the ease of opening and closing of the main spout, the internal maximum water level indicator, the anti-scale filter, automatic turning off, rapid release from the invisible power supply base.
