Interiors, Fondazione Carive

With the project for restructuring the interiors, the headquarters of the Fondazione Carive in Venice, in the heart of the university district of Dorsoduro, has undergone a profound transformation. From a closed location for management use, it has been transformed into a large reception space open to the public, where the activities of presentation to the public of the artistic treasures acquired by the Cassa di Risparmio di Venezia and the promotion of cultural events are expressed with meetings, exhibitions and debates.
The intervention has involved the garden, the ground floor, the first and second floors, which are for operations, and the third floor, which is for management. The large flexible spaces with wooden floors, the large windows opening onto the canals and along the corridors and the flexible furnishings enable the personnel of the Fondazione Carive to work for the city, in contact with the city.
