OpenZone Towers
Within the OpenZone Science Campus, the area dedicated to laboratories is newly built and includes two towers and a circular pavilion for start-ups. The architectures are built from a large common base that contains parking, storage and facilities rooms. At an elevation of 5 meters, the base becomes a plate on which rests the foyer for access to the two towers and the pavilion. From the fully glazed foyer one can admire the landscape of the North Park. The two towers are simple, linear volumes clad in an envelope of oacized glass shingles that embellishes the profiles. This double skin has technical shading value and lends character to the building.
