The Secretello writing desk is conceived as a self-sufficient workstation that reinterprets the theme of the secretaire in a contemporary vein and associates it with that of the display case. A space is thus defined – which is personal and public at the same time – to keep working instruments, documents and books, but also the photographs and objects that are dear to us. As Michele De Lucchi suggests, the desk “is undoubtedly a place that reflects the personality of its owner and, as we know, personality is the most precious thing we have and to which we devote so much effort during our existence.
