Pulcina coffeepot

Pulcina is the result of lengthy research into the optimisation of the form of the coffeepot in order to value the organoleptic properties of coffee, which has been translated into an unusual design. The core of the coffeepot is contained inside a step conformation, highlighted by two rounded volumes that are composed in a continuous line. The geometry of the internal structure of the boiler interrupts the delivery of the coffee, automatically and at the right moment, eliminating the “volcano” effect at the end of extraction that causes a burnt and bitter aftertaste.
